Not structured time, mind you. Appointments are fine in advance. Strict times are fine. But free, open-ended time? "Seeing what happens"? This is more rare.

In our older kids' program, we finished our last lesson in the unit on Jesus' miracles with Jesus healing a man with a paralyzed hand. By now the scribes and Pharisees are keeping a close eye on Jesus especially on the Sabbath. What should we do on the sabbath? Please ask your kids!
